These light weights add just the right amount of tension when walking for exercise.

Ankle weights

I like these and definitely are a great weight. However, something the hook for the Velcro can pinch. But a little adjustment and they are great.

I bought these for my girlfriend she absolutely loves them although she said she wishes they had more color options for this weight I definitely recommend, she says they are incredibly soft and easy to wear.

Needed for Knee Replacement Exercsies

I recently had knee replacement. Part of my therapy was using 3 pound weights on my leg. Could not find them anywhere else. They work great.

Love the colour! They are pretty nice little weights

I love these only I wish the weighted part was a bit longer and that it was fastened with something other than Velcro as debris easily sticks on to it and I’m constantly cleaning it out.

Wow! Great Value!

I am definitely impressed with the quality. I can just tell by the stitching and the use of metal for the loops vs plastic that they will last! They failed to cut some thread sticking out but that a minor detail. Overall for the price, it’s a great value!

I got these, and so far, I love them. Very comfortable I got 2.5 each to start as it gets heavy the more reps you do. They're perfect for bodyweight workouts.
