Well worth the money

Built well and designed to install easily. Truly worth the money (twice the price of my other fans). Every detail was engineered to function and install without problems.

Nice outdoor fan, missing a few features, LED light not changeable

It is a very nice outdoor fans but to reverse the fan, you have to climb to above the blades to change the switch (small black slider switch) and if you need to change the dip switches if the current setting has interferences from other fans (yours or neighbors) or other remotes, you have to drop the whole fan down to change the DIP switches. We have others from different manufacturer where you can reverse and change frequency (dip switches) via the remote. Also, the light is an integrated LED light, which is not replaceable (per the manufacturer), granted the LED should last 10 years, but you never know. I'll take the blame for not doing better homework before choosing my fans.

Do NOT buy this fan

I have purchased two of these fans for our lanais here in Hawaii. After the initial purchase, my wife and I loved the look and function of the fan so much that we decided to order a second fan. To make a long story short, as I was installing the second fan, I noticed the (usually included) assembly instructions were missing... AND... the lamp cover had dark marks in the screw-cap area. To me, these marks (and the missing instructions) were clear indicators that the fan was not new. For these reasons, I advise potential customer... do NOT buy this fan.
