Broken knob

I used this item for one of my units and it was fine until I went to turn it on and it had a broken knob so I had to order another one hopefully I can return the other one and get my refund

Great heater for the money!

Purchased this little heater to put in my basement to warm it up while down there. It heats my entire basement very good (950sf) and puts out a lot of heat for its size. May be adding a second one in the garage.

Sound purchase!

The media could not be loaded. This heater is the way to go! I’m a new homeowner and the existing heater in my garage didn’t work and was unable to fix. This heater was easy to install, arrived quickly in the dead of winter, easy directions to follow, and keeps my garage nice and toasty. I had a pipe freeze a week before I got this and have had no issues since getting this. I finally have piece of mind living in the cryogenic freezer that is a Michigan winter.

Perfect for your home

I love everything about this heater. It is capable of heating our entire home (1300 sq. ft.). No worry about power outages either. In fact, I have turned our forced air furnace down. So I'm saving energy at keeping warm while using less energy. The blue flame is also soothing to watch. This is a real bargain.

Items arrived with defective mechanism

This is a very poorly designed item. I bought four items and found out two items have malfunctioning knob mechanism. Also, the seller claims no return, which is not acceptable from the consumer law in California. If buyer wants to return the item due to item defect, the seller should provide a simple way to return the items. Very frustrating service. Never buy this item.
