I love hearing that screen door slam!

The media could not be loaded. Great spring, just the right size. I think when I attached it to the door, I stretched it 1" longer than the rest position and that seems to be just right. I enjoy the sound every time I pass through the door. I wasn't sure if the included eye hooks were strong enough, or the threads long enough, so I went to my local hardware store and bought the next size larger.

Slam-Tastic

It's a spring.... not really much to review here. The product is pretty "beefy" in thickness, but be honest, have you ever really noticed a screen door spring before? Probably not, so I will say this...I now have a very satisfying "screen door SLAM" that I love, and I like that the spring is "tight" enough to keep my small dog from pushing the door open with her nose.

I didn't realize from the picture, how tight and strong this spring was. We just mounted it in a shorter distance and it works fine. Really tight spring.

My old spring was rusted and I was afraid it would break. Now I feel secure there will be no surprises.

Measure lenght before installing.

Make sure the anchor point for both ends of the spring in into solid wood. suggest a pre-drilled hole will help anchor screws and avoid screw dropping during installation.

More than for screen door

More durable and longer lasting than bungee cord for securing loaded items where ever spring action / size applicable End loops easily hold hooks or snap links . Treated for rust inhibition but they do rust . Can be cut and with ends bent ( 1-2 loops ) made into smaller spring applications . Good adaptable product

Um perigo!!

Produto de péssima qualidade. Com três dias de uso se rompeu, podendo causar um sério acidente e nem estava tão tensionada assim. Não COMPREM!!!
