Excellent alternative to factory replacment

No more popping drawer tracks. The track floats in the bracket. This allows the drawer track to "auto-align" itself when opening and closing the drawer.

It comes out about 1/8" short compared to the old ...

It comes out about 1/8" short compared to the old ones (Circa 1983) (all of the ones I looked at do) and what was need for our cabinets but we did some creative shimming and it worked perfectly.

Good replacement. Could be deeper.

This is what it says it is. I would, however, like a deeper pocket. If you didn't want it as deep you could trim it. As is, It is pretty shallow and I had to cut and drill some wood spacers 1/2 thick to fit behind it so it would support the drawer track in my kitchen well enough.

Broke right away when tried to install

I am not sure if it is meant to be super rigid, to a point that the side crack and broke away while trying to install it. My old back plate crack after 15+ years of usage, so bought these to replace it. It was already hard enough to try to get the back plate into the right place. After I secured one side of the backplate and trying to secure the other side, it broke right off. I ended up with a 1/2 secured backplate.
