Lost 3 colors off one spool

I ordered two spools of this and the first one used was ok putting on the reel but the second one there was 3 colors 30 yards that could not be used. See the photos attached showing the kinks and twist which would be weak points if it was on the reel. Not happy that I could not use all of it.
