Works. Pricey, but functional.

Just what I needed for a new pair of hiking shoes that were too low in the heel. While breaking in the new shoes I was getting some real strain all along the back of my legs. These inserts did the trick for me. Of course, I did have to order the second insert because I "assumed" that for ten bucks I was getting a pair. My error for not reading more closely, and they DO work. Pricey, but functional.

Helped with heel lift in snowboard boots

They do what they say they'll do, helped immensely with fixing heel lift/slip while snowboarding. Docked one star as I thought it was a 2 pack, kind of pricey for a single insert.

I have a fairly narrow foot and these are perfect. I ordered several types. These are my favorites.

***Check sizing before buying***

I wish I saw the Q&A section before purchasing the size small. As addressed by a consumer, NOT the product page, a small is really a tiny. I added a picture of the product packaging that explains the size breakdown, as well as a picture for comparison. I have a women's 7.5-8.5 size shoe depending on the shoe itself. I figured since it was unisex, a small would be the right size. NOPE. Should have gone with a medium. Now I have to wait even longer to be able to use an appropriate size shoe insert for achilles tendon rupture rehab. Not happy. That said, the insert looks to be of sound quality and I will try for the medium.

Comfortable

Had a heel injury. These helped cushion the heel while it healed. Very comfortable

Short on Adhesive

a little short on adhesive only one layer has some that work ok in a shoe but not for sandals had to use my own glue.
