Wireless charging side doesn't work

I cannot get the wireless charging side of the cube to work. I tried moving my phone all around, but it just doesn't charge. That is really disappointing, because that is why I bought this one. The rest of the cube works perfectly. It has a heavy duty cord.

Perfect for my work desk, I charge my work cell wirelessly and my personal phone with the USB C Port and still have extra USB ports available if needed. It's small but exactly what I needed for the limited space on my desk. Love this thing!

Nice Surge Protector

EDIT (05/2023): Broke within 6 weeks and the manufacturer didn't respond regarding the warranty. Amazon was great, they helped with the return even though it was out of the return window, but I can't recommend this product at all anymore. I was looking for something like this for a while. Has all the necessary outlets and even has the wireless charging. Definitely like the cube shape as it looks pretty decent on my desk. Would recommend and would buy again.

Compact cube with 2 household plugs, 2 usb, 1 usb-C, and the wireless. There is a tiny on/off button above the usb slots. There is a light on the back to indicate power on & ready and charging. Blue on and ready and blinking green when charging. Wireless worked well for my phone (not quick) and usb-c worked well my devices accepted the charging immediately. Has a huge heavy cord for a tiny cube which does make it look a little off but don’t we all hide the cords as best we can? My purpose will be to travel with me to charge all my stuff without having to flip a coin for an outlet or usb port in hotels.

Very handy

We have somehow acquired multiple devices that need to all charge at the same time. Between 3 phones, 2 tablets and various rechargeable speakers, lanterns, etc we needed more charging real estate. The little cube fits the bill. It has multiple ports with 10a total charging capacity at a time. That's plenty. I might get a second one just to keep in my office.

Not good

Not good. Cheaply built. The one i got was refurbish too. No wrapping. The box was opened. You can tell seller was trying to pass it as new but it was used.

Works well, but no fast charging

The Power Strip Cube by WBM is a decent power strip for general use, with 2 AC outlets, 2 USB ports and a Type C plug. However, I was disappointed to find that the USB C port did not provide enough power for fast charging or for charging a laptop. Nonetheless, the heavy-duty 6ft extension cord and surge protection features make it a good choice for home office supplies or dorm room essentials.
