I think it works when it fits

Runs small or I underestimated how much wife gained with preganacy. She needed this to shape up after delivering, but it has been quite hard to wear. It ends up fitting but it bulks up and then snaps off eventually. The thing looks well-made enough that I guess a bigger size wouldve worked better. Gave 4 stars just on the look of the quality alone

Great back support but difficult to put on

I was so thrilled to get this because I suffer from lower back problems. Upon opening, I was confused on how to put this on. There are no instructions so I just took a guess. There are three straps total. One strap essentially wraps around your abdomen, and then there are two others (one on the left and one on the right) that you pull tight after the first strap is set. I am not sure if I was doing it right so it took some trial and error but eventually got it. I found that it would be too bulky to hide under clothing so it is definitely something I would only wear around the house and not use to hold my tummy like a corset under a dress. As for its effectiveness, I could definitely feel the difference in my back when I took it off, even after wearing for an hour. I am not sure how long I would need to wear this and how often but I am assuming it is user preference. Overall, I am happy I got this.

It works well to keep posture while sitting and standing. Haven't used it for much else.

Very Supportive, Impressive Performance.

I have been having some lower back issues after a fall, and needed something that would provide a little extra support. This back brace was the perfect solution. The fit was nice and snug - and easily adjustable. I wore it over a tank top, but under my clothing. It was firm, but was also soft enough not to irritate my skin. I plan to continue using this, and will likely take it along with me to the gym, as well. Great product...highly recommend!!

I only wish the size was a medium it turned out to be a small (but I’m thinking that could have been a personal mistake in choice) however I will say it helps with my back because I have minor back issues due epishot during my pregnancy. So I wanted this for a little More support. It works for me

Not bad though...

I use this lumbar brace belt for myself. Although it is not a very heavily supportive belt, but somewhat useful to do during the household activities. And wearing this belt somewhat comfortable too.

Runs small but doable

I liked that this was steal boned, It does feel nice, the material and everything. I have not had an issues with the stitching. The velcro areas are a little difficult at times.
