Produit défectueux

Le personnage présente des tâches noires sur le visage et les cheveux ne sont pas colorés en brun. La boîte est arrivée déchirée alors que le carton du colis était intact. Je pense qu'il s'agit d'un retour de produit défectueux qui aurait dû être jeté plutôt qu'envoyé à un nouveau client ! De plus le prix que j'ai payé est plus élevé que celui proposé actuellement. Je souhaite recevoir le produit correspondant à mon achat mais je ne reçois pas de réponse d'Amazon.
