Most definitely true to size

Loved this shoe however there was not a size 10 on the planet. So, I ordered the 9.5 and 11, hoping one would work. These are true to size so I had to return them both.

Did not expect size to run small. Narrow.

Return timing is too soon.

I would really like to return the shoes. They do not fit as expected, and I purchased my size. Is there any way to extend the return date?
