NOT USBc charging

So far it seems like a pretty good value. It has a powerful motor. The only reason it didnt get 5 stars was I was specifically looking for one with USBc charging, and while it doesn't say one way or another in the description. I went to the answered questions, and they did say it was USBc charging. I doubt I will return it just for that as it was reasonably priced and does what I needed it to do.

HORRIBLE

Ordered this the first time and watched a YouTube video to see what I was doing wrong because we could not get it to come on after charging 100%. Well it never came on, so I ordered a replacement that we finally got it to come on after pressing the power button 40 times literally! You will never get it to come on the first time, but when it finally comes on its works perfect.

Good while it lasts

I was really impressed with this massage gun but unfortunately it only lasted about a year and a half with minimal to moderate usage so I was a little dissatisfied in the battery life. If it would have lasted longer I’d give it a 5 star! The speeds were good and had good variety.

Awesome all around performer

The first one arrived non functional and they sent out a replacement right away. This is an awesome all around, solid massage gun. It has everything you will want, great intuitive LED display, rubberized grip, great tip selection... It also has a powerful motor, which not all massage guns have these days. My basic way of testing this is to put it on it's highest level and press down hard into my thigh. The cheap guns will seize under the load. This one excelled through this test.

Strike two...

...don't have time for this. Cut to the chase version: Find another percussion massager because this is nothing but a paperweight with lots of attachments. Strike two:, Because the first one of these, the touch/control panel would not respond and turn on/off the unit. The panel was fully lit; gave indication of the charge and displayed different colors. It simply would not respond to my touch. So I sent it back and requested a replacement. That brings us to strike two. Out of the box, I was able to get the touch panel to respond, though it did so, begrudgingly and intermittently. One time it would turn on; it would respond to me adjusting the speed, but then it would not respond when I went to turn it off. The only way I could stop the massage motion was to use the MAIN power switch, at the bottom of the handle. Okay; moving on... At the bottom of the handle is the "charge" percentage indicator. Although, out of the box, that displayed at 100%, I plugged this in anyway to charge it. The adapter, included to charge this, had a disagreement as to the level of the battery charge, as the light on the adapter was red when I connected this to power. That later changed to green (the percentage on the bottom of the handle displaying 100% before and after the green adapter indicator). After the "full" charge, according to the now green adapter light, the control/touch panel would not respond to my touch. No "on". No response, other than the pretty little lights, which still came on. So basically, an unresponsive unit, TWO times. Too bad, this otherwise looks and feels like a nice unit. Cannot recommend. I hope this review has enabled you to make an informed purchase decision. I rarely give an overall 5 star rating.

Massage Gun Deep Tissue Percussion

Switch is very hard to use and is very touchy. when it is on it works very well indeed, If you can get it to turn on, I have already sent one back because of the on/off switch. Not worth sending it back in and getting another one - do not waste your money
