Upsetting

This was the second one I had,one I bought and one sent again.not pleased at all,would like refund please .want buy again.

Poor quality

I bought three of these expecting them to last more than a single use. Each one of them, the pad fell off before I could use it a second time. When it sat with soap in it for more than a day the pad would fall off. I didn’t try washing them out After each use because they’re designed to keep soap in them And I have never had to do that with The other ones I’ve used but maybe they would stay on if they didn’t have soap in them. If you only want to use these once I would recommend getting them but if you expect to use these more than once... don’t waste your money.

Doesn’t work well

Liked the nice strong handle, but the soap doesn’t come out very easily

Disappointed

Unfortunately the sponge came apart from the wand on the first use and I could not use it as intended. I know one can purchase replacement sponge heads but now I'm afraid to do that and waste money.

Pads fall off after a couple uses.

First one the pad fell off after a couple uses, returned and the second one had the same issues. The pads do not stick well at all. Wouldn't recommend.

Item tore up with use

The sponge that was poorly attatched tore off immediately with little use. Just go back and sell scotch brute sponge refills please. Thank you !

Got one use out of it...

Glue that holds sponge to the little bracket thingy is useless. Came apart after a day. Useless and a waste of money.
