Great High Quality Coupled With Responsive Customer Service

A sturdy, great looking contemporary addition to my fireplace. I was especially impressed by how quickly and hassle-free Pilgrim’s customer service responded to me after my first shipment arrived damaged. Within a matter of days, the company provided its replacement. It looks great and performs perfectly! Based on the product’s quality and Pilgrim’s response, I promptly ordered a Pilgrim fireplace grate. I’m equally satisfied with this product.

The third set. Still missing paint.....

The worst box job of the manufacture. This set is the third one. Still came with missing paint. Every single time, the box from the manufacture was damaged- hence the missing paint of the base area.

Modern and beautiful

Love it! The tools are super easy to hang and are so big! The log grabber took some getting used to but I realized I was using it upside down.

I would recommend this set to anyone looking for a great value ...

After looking high and low for modern fireplace tools I happened upon this set. The price was comparatively reasonable however, I needed to open the shipping carton and thoroughly examine the tool set before passing judgement. I must say, this set exceeds my every expectation. Very high quality, heavy, and a unique method of securing the tools to the stand with a notch in the handle and welded hooks on the stand. I would recommend this set to anyone looking for a great value for the money they spend.

Beautiful tool set!

Do not hesitate to buy this tool set. It is very well made and high quality. Beautiful brushed finish on handles. It looks amazing in my contemporary home. It is 100 x better than a leading chain store(c&b) is selling. No comparison at all! The tools have a very good weight to them and work well. This set is high end and worth every penny. I am VERY happy with this purchase.

This item made the day for my son-in-law. He's been managing logs in his fireplace with gloves!

Solid made product. Really liked the contemporary look of the tools. I haven't seen it in action but appears to be very well made.w. it is not flimsy.

Weak packaging.

The product was OK and the package looked undamaged but was very weak for a heavy product like this - without a proper box. The base plate was damaged with many nicks. Shipping back is too expensive so it will have to make do.

Hard yes on these !

Love these! Ticks all the boxes ... heavy duty, sturdy/ strong while being modern / pleasant on the eyes and the hanging hook design works perfectly. Strongly recommend these at the price point after years of broken handles and chintsy designs.
