Leaks water around threads

I like this style of aerator, but I could not get this to stop leaking water around the threads, regardless of which washer I used and even with teflon tape on the threads. A replacement unit had the same problem. I bought a different style of aerator that sealed properly on the first try and works just fine.

Water won't shut off

Like most water saving devices the government loves. Using it will actually use more water because it won't turn off.

Great product, I'm buying again

I bought 2 of these, not from Amazon I found them in Ace Hrdwr same item, Loved them, the description is a bit off in that the pause is not a positive shut-off, rather a slow dribble which maintains the temp setting otherwise the water would go cold.

Will damage your faucet

Do not buy this item. The faucet are not design to withstand the water pressure at the spout. The excessive water pressure when you pause the water flow at the faucet opening will damage the seals or other junction within the spout and it will start leaking excessively. Thus it will damage your faucet and you will have to pay for a plumber to put in a new faucet for you.
