Forever A Fan

I have been a fan of Paul Mitchell products for decades. This set didn't disappoint. I appreciate that PM doesn't new and improve or discontinue products I depend on. When you find a holy grail product, it's heartbreaking and expensive trying to replace it when it's discontinued. My gray stays white, moisturized, and beautiful with this shampoo & conditioner.

My scalp is itching, bad reaction!! Do not buy

After using 2x shampoo and 1x conditioner, my scalp was in such a bad condition. I have all over my head red itchy large fleds ( like eczema ) I was wondering why my face has all over red and spots, shoulder not so much, but my chest had spots. Now I need treatment to get rid of the breakout. I should sue this company!! On top of it, my hair was like straw, stiff.

Doesn’t work

I have used this weekly for a month. I leave on in the shower for ten minutes with the shampoo, and 5 minutes with the conditioner. I have a level 9 blonde bleached balayage hair. I see no difference before and after. The smell of the shampoo is okay, but the conditioner smells awful and is very drying on the hair. Not worth the hype.

Stiff, Dry Hair!

I normally have fine, shiny, soft hair (using Olaplex shampoo). Thought I would give Paul Mitchell Platinum Blonde a try. My hair turned dry and stiff with just 1 use of the Paul Mitchell product. I was very disappointed as all my other hair products are Paul Mitchell and I love every one of them, from primer to finishing spray. Put the Platinum products are terrible.

No Sir, I Don’t Like it. Didn’t like the smell of it or how it made my hair feel. I’ll stick with Wella.
