We like it

The media could not be loaded. We like this moisturizer, even though it's more on the hair oil size. I would not say it's for all curl patterns & textures though (as written on the jar itself). It works great on my son's hair- his curl pattern is more of a 4a and all I do is add some water and work through both his scalp and hair. It helps retain moisture and softness for a while. My daughter on the other hand is more of a 3b and it weighs her hair down. I'd have to add just a bit of it with some curl enhancer for her moisture and softness. It's pretty good though, we like it (for my son).

Hard To Use-Nice Smell-Good Value-Decent Results

I think I will have this hair oil forever because it is very hard to get out of the container. For that reason I went ahead and ordered the liquid spray one although it is mostly canola oil, which I wouldn't eat and have some reservations about placing on my head! Anyway, the smell is decent, the price is right, and it does well on my hair and scalp. It doesn't last very long, it's like my scalp just soaks it up, but for the price I'm willing to give it a go and used in conjunction with their other hair care products, it works alright.

Great Scent!!!

I liked the scent of the product along with the appearance but wasn't sure it had not been tampered with since it did not arrive in an unopened tamper proof plastic bag along with the lid lining covering the product intact. The smell of coconut was great but did not permeate the air in the jar or after applying it to my hair!!! I have known Palmer's products to be of great quality and reputation; however I was disappointed with this item.

Luscious locks love this hairdressing

Reminds me of a tropical island a little bit goes a very long way so don't overdo it. If used correctly this hairdressing will leave your hair feeling silky and smooth not excessively greasy or oily. I put a little bit on before adding heat to my hair.

Just a little goes a long way

this is the texture of lard... its firm and set but then when you put it on your hand it starts to melt. Its important to rub between your hands until it is properly melted and use very sparingly. I find it hard to get an even coating without missing some bits and other bits being weighed down and looking a bit greasy, even when applying to quite wet hair. It does a lovely job of smoothing dry frizziness though. The smell is I guess subtle natural coconut rather than the very sweet artificial fragrance, and you may be a little disappinted if that's what you expected. I think this would excel when wearing neat French plaits and other up dos as the heaviness won't be a problem and it will help the hair to lay very tidily. Oh, another tip... remember this is mostly grease-like chips are cooked in, so its probably best not to leave in your hair when going in strong sun or before using heat to style, unless you want to fry it!

Don't be fooled by the high rating, honestly!!!!

An absolute rubbish product unless you like the look of being oily.. hair's oily.. forehead is oily.. ears is oily.. neck is oily and basically ready to be cooked in the pan shortly frankly!! Mind you worst in hot weather for sure!!! The scent is so strong eventually put everybody off especially in the gym or close space!! Furthermore, weirdly enough it attract/glue all sort of dust to your hair and as a result if you are someone who doesn't like to wash your hair every single day well.. you hair is going to look very dusty!! Besides if your girlfriend or yourself like to play a lot with your hair well it's game over with this product for certain!!! Good Luck

really surprised when I opened this product it has a really lovely smell and its not greasy like other coconut oils I have tried love it.i can leave it on all night without it seeping down my face leaves my hair smelling lovely and healthy looking as this is what I bought the product for .

Used it for 2 months during summer holidays, not much of a difference on my hair, would not recommend.

I bought this to hydrates the end of my hair during the summer holiday period. It arrived on time and well-packaged. I applied a little bit before/after I went in the sea for a swim and sometimes after I washed my hair as a leave-in conditioner until the next morning that I would go for a swim again (only at the ends as it is too oily). However, I did not notice any difference to my hair compared to other years when I did not use anything to protect my hair from the sun/sea/wind. I think it smells okay, it hydrates the hair during time you have it on, but when you wash it off it doesn't make much of a difference on your hair.

Does not wash out of your hair completely!!!!!

I bought this to use on my hair and scalp as the name and description said. It arrived in French which is not as shown on the website and so to use it I had to try to translate it which is not what I expected to have to do. However the worst thing is that after applying it and leaving it in for a while it would not completely wash out of my hair, leaving it sticky and damp feeling. If this a product to use on your hair then it should wash out completely. I would not buy this product again.
