Fit my 2 month old... Sizing way off

Bought these to use for summer but they were so small we used them at two months for just a few weeks. Wrong sizing. Should be 0-3.

Runs small

These are way too small, I got 3-6months and they are way too small to be labeled as that it's more like a 0-3month. Great quality and colour just too small
