Ordered 3 jars of daily cream, but received 1 jar of daily cream and 2 jars of night cream.

Oil of Olay Age Defying products are excellent. They keep my aged skin moisturized day and night. My only complaint is that I didn't get 3 jars of the daily cream that I ordered. Instead I got 1 daily cream and 2 night creams. I will eventually use the 2 jars of night cream, so I did not request a return or refund.

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS AS A DAY & NIGHT CREAM FOR 30 PLUS YEARS & STILL LOVE IT , IT HAS BETA HYDROXY WHITCH IS A VERY GOOD ANTI AGEING AGENT FOR YOUR SKIN, IT IS A 2 OZ. JAR , THICK . A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY . I USE IT TWICE A DAY , UNDER MY MAKEUP & AT BEDTIME. A JAR LASTS FOR SEVERAL MONTHS MAKING IT A VERY GOOD VALUE WHEN COMPAIRED TO WHATS ON THE MARKET TODAY. I HAVE NEVER LET IT RUN OUT SINCE IT WAS INTRODUCED IN THE EARLEY 90s ON THE 6 PM NEWS AS THE BEST ANTI AGEING CREAM ON THE MARKET. THE THREE PACK IS A REALLY GOOD VALUE , CHEAPER THAN THE BIG W & THE BIG T. AS LEAST HERE IN HAWAII. YOU'LL LOVE IT. MARY IN HAWAII, ALOHA.

Missing part of the order

There was supposed to be 3 jars in order & only one arrived. I called & one more was delivered the next day. I called again & was promised that the 3rd jar would be delivered by late Thursday of this week and it wasn’t. Please send me that ASAP. I’m running out of patience with this!

Advertised as a 3 pack but only sent 1.

This is my go to moisturizer however the subscribe and save was not executed very well. Only one unit was sent and I was charged for 3. I was not willing to continue this subscription as you are not provided a clear cut choice of underfulfillment to get the missing items. Not a good value.

Overpriced! Do not rely on the photo of 3 boxes - you only get one!

I love this product, but the photo of 3 boxes of cream is deceptive. There is only one box for the price of £30+. While it’s my fault for not reading the description more closely, I feel like the seller showing a photo of 3 boxes, when you only get one, is an attempt to mislead consumers. This Olay cream should not cost more than about £10 per 2 oz box (it’s $8 is the US). I would return my overpriced purchase for a refund but it would cost £3.99 minimum to do so. I feel like I’ve been cheated, but I’ve learned the lesson to not buy in haste, based solely on a photo!
