These are very heavy duty pots and pans!

I love these pots and pans. They are such a good quality. I haven't had any issues with anything sticking, although I am using a cooking spray on the skillets. They also go from the stovetop right into the oven, which I love. The two lids fit all of the pots and pans so that cuts down on what you have to store. Great set for any cook!

OBSESSED

I cannot say enough about this set. Between the quality, durability and design, I’m obsessed. These pots are heavy and thick, but designed to sit so well inside of each other, PLUS you only have 2 lids to store but they fit each pot. Nothing has stuck to them yet and they clean so easy. I cannot recommend them enough. They are so worth the price!!

gorgeous set of pans but beware they aren't non stick

At first I was concerned about how heavy they are but when I compared to my prior set (Calphalon) the weights are near identical per piece. Will definitely use both handles when transfering to/from oven when recipe calls for oven. The long handles stay cool on our gas cooktop - no problem holding them with bare hand. Very happy with this set! Beautiful pans out of the box but they aren't non-stick and take more effort to clean than our old teflon pans, depending on what was cooked. Nesting is great - they take up very little room when stored.

Smart set, good range of sizes, nestable!

I have so many pots and pans, and I struggle to store them all compactly, so I really appreciate that this set is nestable. What a great idea! The quality of the pans is quite good. They are heavyweight but I can still lift, maneuver, and clean them. I love the rolled edges. That is one of the key things for me, as it makes pouring out the contents much easier and it prevents boil-overs. I have a tendency to walk away when heating water to cook pasta or a pan full of milk, only to hear that tell-tale wet sizzle coming from the stove a while later. While rolled edges won't completely prevent that, especially if the pan is quite full, they do help. This has quite a good range of sizes, even including a 9-quart stockpot, which is unusual for a set of pans like this. You may, however, wish you had more lids. There is only two so that you can stack all of these in two columns with a lid on top of each, but if you use several pots meant to share a lid while making dinner, you may need to scavenge lids from other cookware sets. The only things this set is missing, aside from a lid for each pan, is a one-quart saucepan and a medium skillet (9- or 10-inch). I have both from other sets, but if you don't you may want those. I did my test of making pancakes and scrambled eggs, both of which will stick to inferior stainless cookware, and these passed the test and cleaned up nicely.

LOVE

I absolutely love these stainless steel pots and pans. They are so great to cook with. Normally we use cast iron, but I wanted something that would be better to use for items that don't require cast iron, like pasta, etc. These are so great, and easy to clean. They heat evenly, and the handles are really nice because they don't get really hot.

Fantastic cookware

NUWAVE Pro-Smart 9-Piece Stainless Steel Cookware Set My wife and I are health and fitness nuts. My wife also come from a family of foodies and loves to cook and follow chefs from around the globe, so when culinary experts got behind clean cooking with stainless steel without the risk of toxicity from the surface of nonstick cookware and health concerns associated with nonstick, we were on board to try the stainless steel train of cookware. The biggest complaint with stainless steel is dealing with food sticking, but this is a fallacy. It just requires the knowledge of HOW to cook with stainless steel cookware. Like many things in life…there’s a trick to working with it and a slight learning curve as well. Getting to know and understand the techniques of cooking with stainless steel will go a long way to loving this quality cookware. Now that I’ve got that little disclaimer out of the way - we truly enjoy using this cookware. This 9-piece heavy duty cookware has a timeless design and is a work of art and truly makes a statement. Out of the box, this set is strikingly beautiful and nests together perfectly. From stovetop, to oven, to table this set is so versatile. The weight is heavy duty but not too heavy as with cast iron and the sizing is great. Usually with large sets there is always one or two pieces that we rarely use, but we could think of practical regularly made recipes with each piece…a real added bonus. Another thing we noticed with our other cookware was hotspots, but so far the flat weighted bottoms on these pans cook evenly which comes in handy when cooking chicken breast or braising pot roast or spare ribs. They have great heat retention and the handles are ergonomically designed for anti fatigue and have a heat diffuser built in to keep the grip cooler. We also decided to purchase some scratch resistant pads for cleaning the cookware as recommended by the manufacturer. Another great feature is the rolled edges for drip free pouring, which we love, and the cookware is guaranteed to never rust. This is a stellar set. We highly recommend it.
