Not sure if true shade 5

Nice glasses but not sure if it's a true shade 5 or not. Might be because that are black lens not green. But they work for plasma cutting

Must have if you use a cutting torch

These are lightweight and comfortable. I hate wearing big bulky goggles when I am cutting especially in the Florida heat. Should have gotten these years ago.

The best of shade 5 safety glasses ive owned

Great visibility. Ive tried about half a dozen different typs and these are easily the best. On my first day i accidentally left them on the floor and they got ran over by a tandem axle tractor. I popped and bent it back into shape and it came out scratched up but they still work. I will only order these.

Grey tinted shade 3 lenses are awesome!

I ordered 3 different shade 3 safety glasses to try out and this was one of them. Not a fan of the green arms, could just be black IMO. The grey lenses are a huge improvement over the green tinted styles. I really like these and may just order a while box of them.

Smudged out of oackaging

The lense has a blurred, rubbed area out of fresh packaging. For $20 this was a surprise. One could safely presume they would scratch easily in day-to-day use. Better was expected from a $20 3M product
