Just a tad bit wide

Great concept, and my 7 month old loves chewing on it, just not how it's intended. The part that goes into the mouth is a little wide in my opinion. When I try to put it straight in his mouth, he makes a very confused face and it doesn't look comfortable. He likes to just hold it and chew on it from an angle. So it's works, just not quite how it was intended. I wish it was a bit more narrow, or that they had size options.

Ok teethers. They do pick up a lot of hair, etc and it does take a decent amount of rubbing/cleaning to get it off. Baby doesn't really seem all that impressed with them, but he's 10 months old.

Perfect for 1st teether

Babies automatically make a fist and put it in there mouth, so if you slip this teether over their thumb they will automatically hold on and put it to there mouth. It is tiny and let's them teeth on the tiny ridges. You won't be sorry!

May confuse with pacifier of course

Thinking about it now I realize it may cause some nipple confusion. I’ve given it to my baby with some teeth gel which is really good for application without using your finger, but I can tell he gets a little confused on whether to chew it or suckle since it appears like a pacifier. Great product otherwise

These are great… if you can get them in your baby’s mouth. Lol I had to put it in my daughters mouth one side at a time because they are kind of big.

Was recommended by a friend

A friend recommended these, and since my kiddo never took to a pacifier, I was skeptical, but needed SOMETHING to help her with teething. She doesn't quite understand that she needs to hold it in her mouth (again - never took to a pacifier), but if I hold it for her, biting down on the teeth plate really seems to give her some relief. Enough relief that she is more likely to take a bottle. The plate is also great to put some OraGel on, so she can essentially apply it herself. As an attempt to help see if your kiddo has similar taste to mine - my kiddo likes chewing on crocheted fabric (she has a crocheted rattle and stuffed animal that she loves), terry cloth, teething rings on occasion, and the Nuby Silicone teether. If she's fussing from teething I give her one of these Pacifier teethers, then the Nuby Silicone teether, and she seems to calm down quite a bit. Hope it helps!!!
