Pump is not reliable

Lovely item. I really like this item, just wish the pump was better. The pump gets stuck and you have to wiggle and pull it around to get it back to ready to use form/height. This can be so annoying. But I guess you can really just look at it because it is really just that nice and elegant looking. **Revised** I returned the old one to get another one that the pump doesn't work. Right now all it is good for is show... eventually I will take the soap back out and leave it bear the sink for decoration.

Pump failure

The first one I ordered didn't work. The pump internal fixture had a crack to start with. The 2nd one worked for a month and now I am looking for a replacement pump. Maybe they should include a couple of pumps along with original if it is not going to last. I like the design but the pump mechanics are not worth it.

Beautiful pump

This is a beautiful copper soap pump. Gifted it to a friend and she loved it.

Great looking dispenser, but...

While the dispenser seems to be well built externally, the pump mechanism leaves a lot to be desired. It does work, but it is decidedly weak and dispenses mere drops per push on the pump. Externally, the dispenser is attractive and seems to be durable. I would marginally recommend purchase of this product since maybe we just got a bad one, I don't know, so giving it the benefit of the doubt.

Rusts

It looks pretty at first. After about six months the copper around the top discolored and appeared to rust. Then the bottom protector on the bottom came unglued. Then the pump rusted and looks gross. I’m going to order another one and coat it with a waterproof spray for metals and see how that goes. If you don’t want to go to that trouble, buy something else. So I did purchase another one because I like the look. I coated it with a clear acryllic spray to prevent rust. Still looked beautiful. I used it exactly 7 days before the pump broke. I've read similar reviews about the pump. Don't buy. Like so many things, it only looks good.

Love the design of the decanter - Hate the flimsy pump

The make took such care in the copper design which is beautiful, Sadly the pump is flimsy and even turned green on the neck after a week. Wish it was better.

lather nice

Nice looking heavy duty dispenser with good pump action. Does not fall over as is very heavy and solid. 08/28/18 update. Bottom pad came off for merely sitting on damp counter. Will have to glue on myself as returns are such a hassle

Much Sturdier Than It Looks In Pic, Excellent Well Made!

This is very well made, solid and sturdy. The color is exactly as shown and looks great on my counter. The only thing I could say negative is that the straw that goes on the pump part and into the bottle is a bit shorter than I expected. Not a big deal really. Shipped fast!

So pretty but poor quality

It’s beautiful but after 6 months it’s rusting. I’m very disappointed as for the cost this shouldn’t be happening. I keep my kitchen very clean and the counter has been kept dry.
