Learning Curve to Install and Pricey, but Worth It

These are very deep and the pattern makes a circle on the top and more so on the bottom. This means that if your switches are not very prominent from the wall you will have to put some standoffs/spacers on the screw that holds the switches to the box, otherwise the switches will be sunken. I found 0.25 in long with 0.171 inner diameter and .375 outer diameter nylon work the best. Next, you will have to break off the tabs and also cut the corners off the metal plate off of some switches like Lutron, or the plate will not go to the wall. I use tin snips to cut off the corners. With this, they look good. In fact, the depth adds a nice architectural touch. But it is a learning process to get these installed at first.

Make sure the product is designed for a modular.

It’s beautiful however my home is a modular and switch plates are not standard.
