Better than I thought, but..

Pictures are with the 300 at 10ft down. This thing absolutely brings in the bait. So.. I bought a second, and unlike the first, it didn’t require a vice and a Knipex adjustable wrench pliers to remove without damage. Seems like they have more grease in the newer ones o-rings, which is one thing I did to the first one after getting it’s tail cap off. I’d give it 4.5 if I could, but it doesn’t deserve a 5 because of the first one.

The light is bright!

Green light designed to work off of a battery, can be modified to be attached to a battery box. I modified my own box using components of my choosing rather than purchasing a pre made box, this light was a great addition to my night fishing. The light attracts the algae which attracts the baitfish etc

The description is a 100% lie

For starters it arrived late. Next biggest issue? It states in description that it's rechargable and even then shipping box states it has lithium batteries. Nope. As package states, it takes 3 AA freaking alkaline batteries. Not to mention im 6'4" 265lbs and not exactly what anyone would call weak ... Turning as hard as I possibly can I can't get the top to budge to change the half dead batteries it came with. So with this obvious major battery downgrade the description stating it uses a USB c cable and also doubles as a 4000mah external battery pack are both obviously false as well Next issue? Description states 4 different light modes. White lights high, white low, green lights, and a 395mn uv blacklight. Not even close. You get green. One level of green. That's it. Just green. Is it a decent light? Who knows. Definitely is not the light that is being advertised and nebo should be ashamed of having such poor business ethics and blatantly lying about the product you are purchasing and will recieve... Later than the advertised delivery date more than likely. As of now I'd rate 0 stars if I could. Very disappointed about being straight up lied to about the product I thought I was purchasing. Last nebo product I ever purchase

FALSE ADVERTISING! Ordered the Submerser 400c model and in the description it says "Includes rechargeable battery and USB Cable : C.O.B. light charges using included USB-C charging cord : Power bank provides up to 4,000mAh charge NEBO : Illuminate the world with high quality LED products at a cost-effective price" Well guess what no battery pack comes with this as it has long leads made to plug onto a external battery. I ordered this under the assumption it had a self contained battery that was a rechargable as the listing said. If I wouldve known that I wouldve purchased the one that says it runs on AA batteries as I never wanted one that runs off an external battery. What a SCAM!

Died the First use

This item leaked from the base it appears. It began flashing like a disco light underwater and continued when removed. I am going to contact customer support but have very little confidence after my initial experience.

Oh my gosh this is so fun!

I used the marine battery in our pond boat and tossed this in off our boat dock at night. It was amazing to see all the blue gill and sunfish at night! It was mesmerizing! This truly functions and have used it all summer. The kids left it on the boat dock for weeks in the blazing hot sun and it's still perfectly fine! This is just cool fun even if you don't fish.

Powering it with a jump start box-impressive green light

I have this hooked to a jump start power box. I clip black to black, then red to red. The light is bright and a unique green hue. I will test it in a couple weeks at the beach and inter coastal waterway where the fish come up to the boat launch and slips. So far I tested it in my decorative fish pond in my garden and the fish do come over to it and check it out. I am happy that I ordered this and excited to use it at the beach soon. I don’t own a boat but do internet d to use it on the rental boats but I will still use my jump start power pack as the source for power.
