Nice frame

The frame is nice with nice chrome and fully licensed as shown by attached certification. However a couple of items to point out: The TCU is not as shown, it is much smaller curved and centered. The purple is not as shown. It is so dark it almost looks black so I am a bit disappointed.

Does not meet TX state regulations

According to a police officer who stopped us, it covers too much of the "Texas" on a standard license plate. I see lots of frames that cover the same amount, but I guess it'll have to come down.

It is not the same as picture, 2 holes on top only. Pictured item has 4 holes, 2 on top and 2 on bottom.
