Great for young kids.

The first set I received, the astronaut lit up but the rocket did NOT. After requesting a replacement, the second set worked just fine. These toys are a great size and safe for both baby and toddler to play with. They're firm and don't appear to have any way for the water to get inside the toy, which means hopefully no mold. With kid's being kids, there's been a few times I've had to wash them and I just sprayed them down with cleaner, wiped, rinsed, then let air dry. So far this second set is still working great. Highly recommend them for anyone who wants some fun and easy bath toys.

Adorable, but don't work

First off, I really like Munchkin and Hape toys. They are good creative, cute options for little ones. I purchased my first set of Galaxy Buddies directly from Munchkin. Neither one lights up. By the time I realized and tried to call Munchkin customer services, they were closed for the weekend (close at 1pm Pacific on Fridays). I needed these for a first birthday party, so quickly ordered another set from Amazon. They just arrived. Same issue. Neither one lights up. They are adorable, but don't work so I'm returning them. If you don't care that they light up, I'd still buy them. They could still be fun bath toys. This is the first time I've had an issue with anything made by Munchkin.

Wish they lasted longer

As reviews stated before I bought, the rocket only ever lit up once, before it got wet :/ The astronaut has kept lighting up but again only before it gets wet at bath time. I was hoping the reviews were wrong but oh well. They are cute and little one still enjoys them.

Fun toys for toddler and baby

My daughters enjoy playing with these toys. They light up via the two electrodes on the back of the toy so in water they stay lit. The only issue I have is that my daughters play with them a lot and the batteries die without any way to replace the battery. So eventually, which was pretty quick for us, they will not light up anymore. I took a star off because of this but my daughters don't seem to care.

Only One Worked

Cute toys for baby but only one worked. To much of a hassle to return and reorder but seems like a constant issue.

Arrived just fine, but they don’t light up, like they are supposed to… Baby loves the toys, I just wish they worked…
