Great Mountain Bike Shorts

These are great for XC/MTB shorts. I like the 9-inch inseam coz I am on the shorter side and would prefer not to wear shorts past my knees. Unlike most MTB shorts, these are NOT baggy nor slim. Fits just right like a regular so you are not swimming in material. It still has enough room for movement needed on your bike. Sturdy material, not to stiff or too soft. Similar to Chrome Industries shorts. Good buy.

Really liked the pocket for the cell phone. Strong zippers on back pocket.

I didn't like the fabric, hard. It has a velcro in the middle of the right leg..at the bottom as if it were a pocket, but it is not because the opening is very small, that is, meaningless

They are cotton, not nylon

I ordered the shorts thinking they were a mostly nylon. Once I received the shorts, they did not feel right. I looked at the label and was surprised to find the shorts are mostly cotton. Cotton is not the material I was look for. I did message Mountain Hardware and they said they would look into it. As for the shorts, they will be going back. Not looking to sweat in cotton all summer.
