Poor quality control, bad design, and often damaged (yes I gave them a couple shots)

1st time receiving product: I start building it and think it looks great. I wasn't able to finish though, because they didn't provide enough screws for the door hinges. Contacted customer support and they very promptly and nicely sent some my way. BUT, when inspecting closer, I noticed there was a design flaw...the side panels do not match, and because of this, there is a gap between the shelves and the side panels on the left side while no such gap exists on the right (see pictures). Upon realizing this, I thought it might just be a defective cabinet, so I submitted a replacement request with Amazon (which they did so without even requiring me to send back the old item, btw. read into it however you'd like). 2nd time receiving product: it has the same defect, and is also missing screws. also, worse than the first cabinet, it's banged up and splintered in random spots. Because this replacement was free, I was no longer allowed to get a refund for my original purchase. It's almost like they sent me a replacement without returning the original because they're trying to unload bad product... It's too bad, cause this cabinet does look great from a distance, and the concept was just what I needed... yet good luck getting one that's not defective and not missing parts.

Surprisingly sturdy so far

The box arrived a bit beat up, but the product was just fine. The installation took about 40 minutes with 2 of us and some trial/error because the instructions were for a larger cabinet with slightly different features. Yes, the back pieces are almost paper thin, but the rest is sturdy bamboo. For the price, it's a very decent piece. The windows are plastic - not glass. However, you can't tell the difference unless you are super close. The dog's cookies are in here, so that particular door will be opened and closed frequently - hoping it handles that without issue. NOTE: The plastic windows are covered with easy-to-remove, protective paper that has the green paint/overspray all over it. I recommend wearing a mask and having a vacuum ready because as you peel the paper, tiny, green paint flecks go everywhere.

Do not waste your money!

The item arrived in cheap packaging that was not even close to sufficient for the item. Several corners were ripped open and it had cheap packing tape on it too. Once I opened it, it got worse. There was extra paint on the glass doors, and arrears on the item that didn’t look to have enough paint on it to cover the wood. The wood is in no way sturdy or thick either, and was cracked on several panels. When I contacted Amazon, they told me I would need to find new packaging and return it for a refund or replacement, and drop it off at one of their return locations too, even though this was their issue, not mine. Now I’m just stuck with an over priced piece of junk, that looks awful. Save your money and buy a real cabinet.

Flimsy

Easy to assemble but very flimsy top board came with a lil crack in the wood not to bad workable but definitely have to be careful setting up or placing stuff on top

Complete rip off

I cannot believe how terrible the quality was. The screw holes didn’t line up, and doors do not line up. It’s basically card board and plexy glass. And the plexy glass is all scratched up

For the price, I had expected it to be a little sturdier. It is extremely cheap and flimsy. Probably won’t last very long.

Missing 3 back panels.

I ordered 5 tiers cabinet. They should come with 5 back panels. But there are only 2 in the box.
