Great faucet... BUT

This is a great faucet. But be aware that you MUST purchase "Moen 9000 Widespread Bathroom Sink Faucet Rough-In Valve with Drain Assembly, Featuring M-PACT Technology" (basically the guts of the faucet with all of the hoses and valves to go with it. It runs about $85 on Amazon.

Looks really sharp

This faucet looks really sharp. Very nice for the money. It’s installed on a marble top of a 48” vanity and it’s just the right size in height and width.

Finish doesn't match all other brushed nickel products

I am so disappointed with this faucet. I love the Moen Belfield look, but this faucet is a COMPLETELY different brushed nickel finish from the accessories in the same line. The towel bars, robe hooks, toilet paper bar, etc. are all your standard brushed nickel finish. But the faucets are much lighter and shinier and do not have the same stainless look to them. I have not been able to match any brushed nickel accessories from any brand to these faucets. For such an expensive product line I would expect Moen to provide fixtures that have a matching finish.

Agree with the complaints about the sinkr drain stopper

Could not agree more with Atomic1 & Jessica. Just finished installing the faucet and the sink stopper does not work because the raising rod does not have sufficient clearance behind the faucet spout. Sounds like it is not worth calling Moen about the issue. Needing to come with a hack for such a simple part of an expensive faucet was not part of what I expected. I also purchased the Brass widespread bathroom sink faucet rough in valve - a necessary part to be sure. This unit has a separate direction sheet than the faucet but to successfully install both, one has to go back and forth between poorly written installation sheets in order to install everything in the right order - another disappointment from a a reputable company.

Nice look and general function but the lift rod is not shaped correctly

I bought two of these along with the respective Moen Rough-in Valves. We love the look of these faucets but the lift rods are shaped in a way that conflicts with the rough-in valve clips. They clearly didn't make the rods long enough to integrate with the rocker rod on the drain assembly. I cant use an extension because there's no clearance with the rough-in valve clip I spoke with moen tech support and they admitted the problem and the only workaround is to use a pop up drain valve assembly. I think that is a terrible response for a faucet that is as expensive as it is.

Superb quality.

Heavy, beautiful handles and faucet.. don’t forget to order the valve set. Would be that much better if it had a pop up stopper but it’s so nice to use.
