Easy to install. Easy to change rolls

This product was easy to install. The finish is nice in matte black. Nice weight to the product. Not flimsy. I like to easy on easy off roll. You just pick up the center to replace the roll. No fooling around with springs and getting it in the right place to hold tight.

A little Pricy but high quality

The old saying “You get what you pay for “ is a good way to describe this product. It is high made of high quality materials and has a very sleek look. I like the easy way it works. I would recommend buying it. I would buy it again. It was also less expensive on Amazon than in the store.

Installation instructions are over-complicated; adjust for what works!

The media could not be loaded. I was replacing an old silver TP holder that literally fell off; I probably could've just fixed it, but it was dated and ugly anyway, so I was kind of excited to replace it. I wanted something matte black, somewhat industrial-looking, and two-sided (because the toilet paper ALWAYS rolls off those single-stem holders and I don't want to live with that annoyance in my home). I love the new pivoting design, too—there's no separate thing to spring apart or fall while you're trying to replace a roll! There are these crazy drywall anchor things that the instructions seemed to depend on, but I was installing into the old holes from the old holder in the side of my vanity, which is wood. Trying to shove those anchors through felt like I was going to ruin everything, sooo I pretty quickly abandoned them. I simply installed the screws in the existing holes and, because toilet paper holders are a fairly standardized size, it worked fine. It feels sturdy, too! Overall, this is a great deal, looks fantastic and functions well. Highly recommend!

Paint comes off .

Looked great when first installed, but within less then a month the paint is coming off where the paper roll rubs against it. I purchased many Moen items for my remodel ( shower fixtures / towel bars / ect...) and most of the finishes are super thin and peal/crack off. For the price Moen charges the paint should be more durable. I would not recommend Moen products to my friends nor would I install Moen again in any project in the future.. Delta products are 1st class and last a lifetime.. I should have paid a little more and been satisfied. Live and learn.

A solid TP holder!

We updated our bathroom with all new fixtures and sink. I wanted to have some thing where it was easy to change out the toilet paper. The design of having the TP arm lift to lift to change out the paper is great. The style of it is modern as well. Even my husband commented on it.
