7/64 allen key no included

didn't come with a 7/64 allen key. Is this customary? That's an odd size and not included in many Allen Key sets.

Good stuff, but the description says the escutcheon is metal-it's plastic

OEM packaging, but the escutcheon is chrome-plated plastic-not metal as described The handle is heavy-weight metal. The shower sprayer looks good, but I used a 3rd party handheld. I replaced the original, 10+ year old pieces that were covered with hard water residue.

This valve reduced water flow and does not open until it is 180 degrees from the off setting.

This valve reduced water flow and does not allow water to flow until it is 180 degrees from the off setting. On demand water heater can barely operate with such low water volume and frequently cuts off. There is plenty water pressure but the valve doesn't utilize the water volume available. Poor design. Wouldn't recommend.

All said this is well made, and serves the purpose well. However the few instructions supplied, did not mentioned the valve placement in relation to the escution. Reading the valve instructions(also quite vague), the valve "ground ring" is to be even with the face of the finished wall, if the finish is the escution, logic says that is where to place the valve, WRONG. Placing the valve there, prevents the use of the supplied retainers, and makes the valve handle stick out way too far, the valve needs to be at its "normal" position. Too late to change, had to fashion my own brackets

Shower head low pressure

Very low pressure shower head. We are replacing this same one that is 6 years old. We get better water pressure out of the older one.
