Good, but could be better

Good product, but Moen could make it better…The power clean spray option works by depressing the button on the faucet head. It can be locked by depressing the button and adding a clockwise turn. Unfortunately, neither the instructions nor the product video from Moen include this bit of information. Seems like something that they could easily remedy. Installation was quick and easy. So far the performance has been good, but it’s only been a few weeks.

Buyer beware - Soap dispenser is ALL PLASTIC

I felt I needed to submit a review because nowhere in the website/manufacturer description of this faucet/ soap dispenser combo did it mention that the soap dispenser is completely plastic. Had I known up front that it was plastic, I never would have wasted my time and effort to order this faucet combo. I feel that it’s deceptive on Moen’s part and I am very disappointed that they would make/include something of such poor quality and cheap. I called their customer service and the girl that helped me couldn’t even find any information in her system telling her it was plastic. She was very helpful and nice but obviously couldn’t do anything about it other than note our conversation. Really a disappointment overall and would NEVER recommend Moen to anyone. *An additional note: The faucet is nice but the top portion of the sprayer (the button part you push down on to get it to spray) is also plastic!

Love the look of this pull out faucet. Wanted pull out as opposed to pull down. Only wish it had a magnet.

Bought from warehouse. First missing a piece, Second was great. Given discount I can live with the extra time to return. The spray function does lock - first review said it didn’t. One holds down and turns. A great buy given also comes with a soap dispenser although not something that is a must.

Moen support is non-existent.

I bought this faucet and the wrong instruction manual was in the box. I go to their website and they also have the wrong manual posted there. So I called Moen and they are not taking calls nor will they let you wait on hold for someone. My only option is to schedule a call back in..........A WEEK!!! This is the last time I will ever purchase a Moen product. I hate it that I already bought 5 faucets. I have half a mind to toss them in the trash on principle.
