Very nice!

Very nice office chair. The side "arms" are a little lower than I expected, so it loses a little on support!

Comfortable, elegant, useful chair; easy to assemble.

Pros: - can comfortably sit on it with legs crossed and with a simple desk, I can slide right under the desk. - faux leather with tufted buttons looks good. - thick cushion. Does flatten after some time but the original size is really big and dome shaped so actually it helped when it flattened. - very easy to assemble Cons: - not really... Need to break in the seat for some days otherwise it was slippery due to the dome shape. Since the seat settled, it has been very comfortable.

great desk chair for the price

I love it.

It came early. I put it together in 5 mins. It was really well packed. It came in a large square box. It was 23lbs. I'm 5'3,150lbs and size 8 in pants. In the pictures are my 20lb dog and my 6'2 brother. I have more than enough room in the seat. Its has wide cushion but it is a little stiff. I do wish the stick was longer. I do love it. Nothing is loose and there is no strings hanging off.

Slow customer service and poor quality

This chair looks nice, is moderately comfortable and lasted about a year then broke. The mechanics of the chair are poor and didn't hold up. It took several contacts to customer service to be told it had been over a year, so they denied the claim. I understand that a warranty has limits but at least offer me parts to purchase. I went to World Market and bought a more comfortable solid chair. Don't waste your money here.

I really like this chair. It is a little big but it does fit under my desk.

Not great

I was really excited about this chair. It had decent reviews and it was the perfect color and shape. I’ve had this now for about a month and I am disappointed. I spend about 6-8 hours in my office because of distance teaching. The padding has flattened out significantly and the back of the chair offers little support. I am 5’3” and about 150lbs, so I can’t imagine this being a good chair for someone taller or heavier. This is a great chair for looks, but definitely not for sitting long hours. Btw, I’m not used to sitting for long periods of time in general. I’m a fifth grade teacher so I’m usually on my feet all day. I really needed this chair to be great and it’s not.
