Arrived with a spot, shows everything

This piece is cute but it arrived with a discoloration on the top, not large but noticeable. It shows everything, as the nap of the velvet is only deep enough to snag things but not to hide them or feel particularly plush. This is for a guest room in a weekend cottage, so it will not have heavy use, which I do not think it could handle. Looks nice but is pretty impractical.

They look super cute in my entryway. I would have preferred a different fabric, not crazy about velvet but they work. Only gave 4 stars because of the material.

Seat too small and too low.

Very nice in value but very small. When I ordered it I thought it was larger than what it was when I received it, too low to the ground but nice for someone with good knees.

Not as described. Much smaller than in picture. Very small child size rather than adult ottoman. Arrived stained. Not Prime return. Buyer must pay return shipping until Seller approves the return and requires buyer to pay 20% restocking fee if seller does not agree regarding damage.
