Perfect for my tamales!

Exactly what I needed at the last minute at a really great price compared to others. As long as you have your own bottom plate for tamales, it worked great for that!

Nice Pot, Poor Packaging

Just what I wanted. I own other similar mirror pots but needed one larger and this fit the bill. Only problem was it arrived damaged due to Amazon's packing. The pot arrived in a box twice the size of the pot with only a little paper for packing (pot doesn't have it's own box). As a result the lid was dented and chipped and the pot also has chips on the outside but both are still usable. If I had to do it again I would buy from a store so I could see the condition since Mirro doesn't box this product.

Not a bad giant pot for $70

Well my giant new dyepot arrived with 2 small chipped areas. I decided I could live with it. I needed an enamel pot because sometimes the dyes react with metal. Only one chip is on the inside of the pot. Eh. I should probably return it, but I'm too keen on dyeing to wait for a new one that might be worse, and then another. Maybe I'll get some of that enamel repair stuff. It's a really BIG pot. Still not a bad deal for $70. Just like the one my Granny had.

Pretty nice but not like the old ones

The enamel graniteware itself is full of pockets as if the enamel wasn't heated long enough to melt completely and create a smooth surface. Wondering if with use the enamel will crack. Tried to capture on photos. Very light and not the granitware that we used to have and love. Will keep and update in future as to how well it holds up to cooking soups.

WAY TO SMALL

This is not true to size and pot is very thin material. Not sure how it would hold us cooking for hours.

This came unprotected in shipping box, the bottom of the pot is not level
