Works, but Pretty Cheap

The buttons don't always work and you can't hear the buttons beep if there's any ambient noise around so unlocking sometimes takes 2 or 3 tries. Frustrating. Also, the knob is round, smooth and slippery when wet. So if your hands are wet its difficult to get a good grip on it and turn the knob.

Love the Remote

I waited a few months to review this and I do really like it. my favorite part is the remote, if you have your hands full of bags and or kids it is so easy to hit the button and walk right in. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is once the batteries get low you don't get much notice and it will barley lock and you have to make sure you keep the key on your key ring or you want be getting back in. First time I had to changed batteries they were 4 weeks old the next time they were 6 weeks old.

Slight issue with the deadbolt - handled quickly

So far so good - I just installed it in about 3 minutes. The directions are simple and it's easy to install and program. I initally had an issue with the deadbolt - it was getting hung up and wasn't working correctly - so I called the company and they sent a replacement out quickly. Once I had the replacement - this was installed and it works as intended.

Moves Around

This was easy for my contractor to install, but it is not very sturdy. It moves around. I have to wiggle it to get the latch to go into the frame. It is nice looking.

A life saver.

Now I can come home & unlock the door even before getting out of my truck. East to install and set up. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the wires are crossed and lock is un-lock and vice versa. Otherwise I love it.

Have to take time and line it up perfect or lock binds up very easily!
