Perfect for travel

My 2 year old loves these magnetic puzzles. She had a different one that she had mastered so I purchased these ones for a recent trip and she loves them. There are two puzzles in each "book" and the pieces are sturdy. I like how there is a space provided to move the pieces to before putting it back together that is also magnetic which makes it great for car trips. As a added bonus there are things to find within the completed picture. Great product!

I wish they made a million of these! I can only find 3 different kinds. But seriously...I can't see anyone doing it better than Melissa and Doug. Is your kid a puzzle lover? GOOD news, each unit has TWO puzzles. Is your kid a dumper? GOOD news, the reverse sides of the pieces to each puzzle are marked which allows for quick pick ups and you can immediately know which pieces go to which puzzle. Does your kid have the attention span of a GOLDFISH? Good news, the whole thing is basically a magnet, so you won't lose pieces if you lose their attention. Is your child a puzzle WIZARD and finishes them in two seconds? GOOD NEWS....they put a hide and seek list on each puzzle that provides BONUS fun and activities! There is NOTHING better than these at a restaurant because when the food comes, you quick close it up and BAM. Done. I wish they had more...I would buy them all.

Keeps my 3 yr old happy- big hit!

Started buying these for my daughter when she was around 2.5 & she loved them so much we started looking for other varieties. Now she is closer to 3.5 & we have several different themes/designs of these & they are still a huge hit. She has gotten a lot faster at finishing them, but they still engage her :) love that they are magnetic too so the pieces aren’t constantly sliding around or falling off- brilliant design! My only complaint is that on a few pieces she tried so hard to dig them out when they were new & “stiff” still that she peeled some of the edges a bit so I wish they were just a bit more toddler-proof as far as durability goes. Will still buy more if they come out with more designs though.

3 yo loves it, but pieces are hard to fit in place

Took this on a flight to Hawaii and my 3yo loved it. Entertaining and durable. My only qualm is that the pieces don’t snap together easily, so that created a bit of frustration for her, but it held her interest. It’s also a bit heavier than I was expecting, but worth it. Overall would recommend for a flight or car ride for a preschooler.

Perfect for Travel!

My kids, 4 years and 2 years love these puzzles! They are perfect for travel to keep them busy. We take them even going out to eat, road trips, airplane and they don’t get tired of them. Melissa and Doug never disappoint.

Genius

Melissa and Doug are legit the best. This puzzle is a must have when traveling in the car. The whole board is magnetic so when taking the puzzle apart, the kids can stick the pieces on the opposite side of the board and they stay. No more losing pieces!

Great for travel and younger kids!

These are ideal for a travel toy, but also for younger kids that simply lose pieces. I love that the magnetic is strong enough to hold the pieces and that they can still move around while they are finding just the right spot. We have purchased several of these and they are a favorite for our kids!
