Worked ok after hospital stay with sores all over in my mouth from iodine contrast. Wasnt irritating and mild mint pleasant smell.

Not much taste
It is not bad, it is just not refreshing. Very bland taste. I know this brand has other versions that are quite a bit better. I will say that it is good for rinsing out your mouth before breakfast because the taste will not linger or overpower your food.
