good but tight

These supports are nice but tight. They do probably work wonders for the brachioradialis because they have that band support, but it is non stretchable like others that are stretchable, so they work mostly while workingout. I got them for inflamation at the tendons due to heavy bench press and they do work and help a lot, but if your arms are bigger than average, it will be a tad too tight near the triceps. Overall they are great, just do notice that they may be a little tight if your arms are muscular. I would get another band for support while resting or non exercizing, these ARE for exercizing. I always use XL gloves and even knee supports from the same brand and got these in the same XL size. UPDATE: these fixed a bad elbow from bench pressing too much weight and doing chest pullovers with too much weight. Due to the straps it could also fix an radiobrachialis inflammation due to too much weight at the deadlifts with no straps, they work fine for pressing if you let them loose. Overall, GET THEM.

The sizes are off, so if you have average size arm, go with the XL. Otherwise this sleeve is doing a great job.

McDavid vs Rehband 7720

I have both elbow supports, and I find the McDavid to be better, particularly for heavy weight lifting. I have tennis elbow and olecranon bursitis of both my elbows, and this is the only support I've found that provides sufficient support to allow me to continue exercising. The key feature of this support is the adjustable strap -- it allows one to increase support as needed depending on the weight. Until I found this elegant device, I was looking at platelet injections and trying to avoid surgery. Hands down the best elbow support on the market. By comparison, theRehband 7720 Elbow Sleeve , while decent, does not have the adjustable strap, and tends to loosen over time. It is a decent device, but better for less intensive activities that require a more complete range of motion, but not as much support. Also, for those who find the device too tight, I would recommend going up a size and using the adjustable strap to tighten as needed.

Stiff and uncomfortable

Very stiff and uncomfortable. Cut off circulation to my fingers. Bulky but had correct size according to measurements. Didn't use due to all this.

Not the same size Large

Purchased 2 of these elbow sleeves in the past, size L....needed new ones so ordered a L again, same brand, style and all.....wel barely got it over my forearm and since previous purchase my arms are three times smaller......poor sizing of new design.

Size Chart Not Accurate - No Reurn Policy

Product Quality outstanding however size chart not accurate, we measured circumference and ordered size to fit, unfortunately it was too small. Also, no refund/return policy as well. Needless to say, very disappointed in this vendor product and policy for returns.

Size guide, useless. No returns

I’m pretty sure if you could get the thing on it’d be great support but trying to put something with very little stretch on an injured arm is impossible.. bought according to size guide for my partner and he struggled to get it over his wrist. My arms are much smaller and I can’t get it on. Side note, you cannot get a refund which is a pain as I’ve already ordered the next size up and thats probably not gonna fit either. Not a happy customer.

Make sure to size it properly....

The neoprene sock fits snugly and the strap is solid. A well made product overall. The size (large) was too small for me, which was rather surprising. I do have large-ish arms, but didn't think they needed an XL. It's really a 1 or 2 star for me. Due to the incorrect size, it was very hard to get on. It eventually caused some chaffing at the inner-elbow-corner stitching with prolonged active use with home improvement type stuff (e.g. I had red/raw lines on my skin exactly where the stitching was). But I can't fault it for being too small - that was my fault (I guess?). If sized correctly, I'd be much happier.

Does what it's supposed to do. Looks like it was made well.

Nice pressure and perfect size (XL). I followed the sizing guide and it worked. Adds support for my forearm and a bit of pressure around the elbow.

McDavid came through again!

I've been using McDavid's shoulder brace for 7 years, the same one. This elbow brace is made from the same material. The elbow brace can double-up for bicep strains as well, just pull the brace up higher on your arm. The brace is ambidextrous. The fit was perfect for me.
