The small is for a slender child’s foot

I wear a women’s 6 1/2 and ordered the small. Could only get the brace just above the toes and no further. I gave the brace to my friend with an elementary school child. The brace feels a nice lightweight material, but I’m afraid to order the medium in case it doesn’t fit.

Great for runners who roll at the ankle.

I developed an overuse injury of the tibias as the result of being placed in the wrong shoe for two years. While I land on the outside of my foot, my ankles roll in 22%. Getting in the right shoes made a world of difference, but could only do so much to control motion at the ankle. These ankle sleeves really help. With them I am finally back to running 4 days a week, 30+ miles a week. While other sleeves indicate they can be used in running shoes, the only others that I have found that do are the copper sleeves. While those are good for other ankle issues, these are the best I have found to improve ankle stability. Yes, they are tight. Yes, they are hard to get on. That's essential for their purpose. If you smear a little 100% aloe vera gel on before putting them on, it goes MUCH easier. One thing I have noticed is that I need to use the generic insoles that come with the shoes. If I wear custom insoles or ones with any extra arch support, the arch of one foot gets sore. I hope this helps!

No Return. Fit Very Small. Materials not flexible. Not recommend.

Note there is no return on this product. I am a men size 8.5. I bought small and it would not fit. I did manage to squeeze it in but not comfortable. Material is not flexible. I doubt it works the same as taping. I bought the same knee sleeve also and same issues as above plus came apart after 1 hour fitness training. Not recommend.

Helped my weak ankle for running!

Excellent product for good stability of the ankle. Fit was perfect for the size that the manufacturer recommended. I needed it for running with a mildly weak ankle. Helps keep the ankle stable and from fatiguing too quickly. Would recommend to family and friends.

I use it as a liner under my lace up brace. Not very impressed otherwise.

not impressed. the laminated rubbery stuff peels off pretty easily. PRO: very slim fitting. Not sure it gives any significant support. I use it as a liner under my lace up brace. It is pretty good for that. Overpriced!

Good Compression but Poorly Made

Provided good compression but doesn't last long. The sleeve developed a hole not even 1 week after beginning to use it with my ankle/shoe size being at the low end of for sleeve size.

What I was looking for!!

I've played basketball my whole life, including at the college level. I've rolled ankles in the past (which I didn't allow to properly heal) and am currently dealing with swelling every time I play hard. This is exactly what I need! It is tight (not too tight), and provides me with the support I need to prevent tightness after the game. I wear a size 15 shoe, I wear it over the ankle sock. It's not big and bulky. I will continue to purchase these as needed!

not very good but has some uses

it really gives very little support or compression. its hard to get on and to do so stretches out the tape and therefore limits the compression. Its only use for me is that I wrap my ankle with coban first and put this over. It gives it a little more tension and really just keeps the coban from coming off as I walk
