Great pans

I love these pans I now have 3 different sizes

DEFINITELY NON-STICK

It's nice to finally have a pan this large. The lid is awesome and fits well and even has the little hole for steam release. It is definitely non-stick! Food slides right out, so it's easy to clean. The only problem that I have found is that the bottom could be a little thicker as this pan seems to warp in the center while the heat is turned on. After it cools, it goes back to its original shape. Otherwise, it's a great pan.

A Good Non-stick Frying Pan

I have MasterPan non-stick frying pan (11 inches) few years for two persons, I was not able to get smaller size. Now I am glad to get this one.

Super - just like they say - w features, quality & design!

The winner in the non-stick and easy wash category is MasterPan... I've got Calphelon, Cuisinart, etc (which of course are fabulous everlasting quality) but as well 5-stars to MasterPan. I needed a new skillet, and it caught my eye as it says not coated, then read on about the material - reasonable price, so I tried it. My first use was scrambled eggs and I was hooked. The pan looked as clean after cooking the eggs as before! Then I did want to add more - and have now a few size pots. Glass Lids fit real well. And quite keen that they've a small hole with to release steam, without releasing too much. Whether a gourmet or everyday cook - these are worth having in your cabinet!

Very easy to use

Very easy to clean with just a little bit of olive oil nothing sticks. Only problem I see I s it is aluminum so you do not want to use high heat I have a gas gas stove I was worried about a warping in the middle but with a little bit of common sense it works great an I do recommend this pan and I’m actually going to order another one

Smooth Cooking Pot

So far this pot has been excellent. Light weight but very sturdy and easy to clean. The shape of the pot makes it easy to fit other pots and pans on the stove along with it. The bottom design keeps it on the burner without sliding around when bumped.

Tried Them All - This One Rules!

We have bought the copper pan, the blue one, we love our food sautéed in olive oil. Sometimes things happen and the heat is too much - for those other pans. This one is incredible. It's the real deal no stick even heating surface. We bought two sizes of these fry pans and use them every day. Clean up is a breeze. I've never had to use any sort of effort to clean these fabulous pans. We've finally found a winner!

No lid, No pour spouts, Not "slippery"

I read the warranty. When they advertised a "limited" lifetime warranty, they weren't kidding. First thing I tried to cook after washing it in accordance with instructions was an egg over easy. Had to get non-metal utensils first. Would have been good to know that in advance. Not that good of a performance on the egg. Probably would have worked better with butter or oil. The surface is not "slippery, but it was relatively easy to clean with a soft sponge and mild detergent. Next I cooked some Johnsonville Better Cheddar Smoked Sausages. Love 'em! They come out better in my toaster oven, but cooked relatively evenly. I would have called the coating on the cooking surface "stick resistant" rather than "non-stick" as it was advertised. I don't hate this pan, but I am a little disappointed in it. I'd like to know what the non-stick coating is. They only tell you what it isn't. I'm a little leery when things like that are not prominently disclosed,

Really versatile hard working pan.

Really enjoying using this pan. High sides make it very versatile. It also fits ok into our oven, although it’s a bit on the big side. The surface seems to be tough and it comes up clean in our dishwasher every time. Good value for money imho.
