Solid lock

The hole size is definitely not standard, we had to drill a slightly larger opening, but this is a really good lock. It has a sleek modern look and it feels rugged and ready to handle some heavy traffic.

Easy to install

I bought this lock to replace some older Falcon units. This lock is very easy to install with just four screws. There is no spanner nut like on other commercial locks. Total install time was about four minutes and the action is really smooth.

Solid construction and definitely heavy duty

Very solid construction. Much heavier than the residential variants out there. Pay close attention to the 2 3/4 backseat depth. This didn't work for my existing door. For a new hole though the instructions come with a template for the hole saw. I think Master Lock should have been more descriptive in their website description regarding this.

Best Passage Lock Available

This is a great lock to have. Its heavy duty and very sturdy. I use it with my smart lock and MasterLock deadbolt that comes in the same oil rubbed bronze color.

Locked down

Had to replace an old worn out Master lock. Worked like a charm and you can always replace the cylinder inside with your old cylinder

Larger than normal hole needed

FINISH DESCRIPTION IS NOT ACCURATE REQUIRES MUCH LARGER DOOR HOLE THAN NORMAL Unfortunately I ordered this lever TWICE - the first time it was sent back because the finish is a lot less oil rubbed bronze and a lot more powder coated black. I didn't mean to buy it again but didn't pay enough attention - my bad. After missing the return deadline, I decided to just deal with the finish and install the lever - NOPE, the hole requirement in the door is MUCH LARGER than a typical lever as well as the lever I was replacing. I wasn't about to make the hole bigger so I am now stuck with a useless lever
