Nice And So Far Buttery Smooth

I only wish these came in a keyed-alike 6 or 8 pack. They don't have a specific "key code" so you currently can't get more with the same key. They're aluminum, so with time, and without maintenance lubricant they my begin to bind somewhat. On the plus side though aluminum seldom corrodes. The extra long shank is a feature I always look for anymore. It adds convenience. It also has both pros and cons for security though. But these are only a medium deturant anyway. So I like them. Just give me a 6-pack, or at least an assigned key-code though! Sometimes 4 just isn't enough.

Pop a lock

This lock set is great for items you want to lock uniformly with the same key. We are using this for the gates on our fence, allowing them to all be accessed with the same key. The locks seem strong and the finish is nice. This has a slightly longer neck giving more room to maneuver around the time you wish to secure. You recieve 2 keys that work on all 4 locks. Material: Good Strength:Good Design:Good

If you use this outdoors, then it may require a shot of WD40 to make it work smoothly.

Locks Seizing Up After 3 Months of Use

Don't buy this product. Very poor quality. Used outdoors in a completely covered area for less than 3 months and both locks are seizing up. Even though the Master name is on the locks you can feel how lightweight and poor quality they are. Should have returned them right away. However, Amazon was amazing in getting my issue with these resolved. Will buy from a local hardware store so I can see the quality level first hand.

Easy to operate, light weight and sleek

It’s Easy to operate, light weight and sleek. Product came as decribed and in a couple of days. Suggestion- Key’s head could be sleek too, to glide in a pocket or wallet sleeve

It works, for about 16 months

It's a great lock, but after about 16 months of outdoor use (through 1 full Canadian winter), the latch has seized and no longer wants to close. Didn't really expect having to buy a lock every year to keep my shed secure, but here we are. Might last longer for use in non extreme weather areas.
