A Wonderful Memory

We bought these to paint in memoriam of my partner’s daughter. We painted the rocks with my children and laid them in places that were important to her daughter’s life for people to pick up and take home with them. It was a great activity for the kids. They painted things that were special to them and it helped them connect with their passed away stepsister. The materials were easy to use, moderately hard to clean up, but definitely child safe. I will say that about a quarter of the rocks were unusable for the intended purpose. These were not smooth round river rocks like you’d think, just rocks that were thrown together in a bag in the hopes there would be a paintable surface. So not exactly like the picture. Still, we enjoyed the set.

DAMAGED PRODUCT - PAINT WAS DRIED UP, EMPTY, OPENED

I ordered this for my four year old grandson because he is a dinosaur lover plus he loves to paint rocks. This was a birthday gift so you can imagine our disappointment when he opened this up and saw the paint was all over everything. Some of the paints were opened and spilled all over the other paints as you can see blue on the other paints. The brown was practically empty and some of the other colors, like the red, were dried up and useless. My grandson was so excited to paint these rocks that we had to buy other paints for him so he could at least paint the rocks that came with it, and couldn't return the product. I was really disappointed in the quality of the paints.

It is what it says. Variety of rocks. Paint supplies. Transfers (We love these!, But paint underneath, well) nice all in one craft experience.

A fun project

I was disappointed in the rocks being much smaller than they looked on Amazon. The items in the box has made my granddaughter have fun painting them. They will look cute in a flower box or a potted container of flowers.

Tiny Rocks! Otherwise great.

I bought mine and it came with "20 Large Rocks". That's what the packaging said. I loved it so I bought some for several other people. The packaging changed and now it says "Includes 3lbs of Rocks!". Well, they changed the rocks and now they are TINY!!!!! I'm so embarrassed because I thought I was sending them this cool thing but it changed. They had to go get their own rocks. Not a big deal, but I'm a little disappointed. Otherwise it's lots of fun and the 'tattoo transfers' do actually work!
