Great light

We ordered this fixture for our laundry room, which is adjacent to our kitchen. The ceiling height would not allow for a pendant light, but I wanted to change out the unattractive flush mount light already in the room. I also wanted the fixture to match the larger Livex Jefferson bell jar pendant light in our kitchen. The cost of the light was lower than other sites (purchased during Amazon lighting sale) and is a perfect match (smaller of course) to the kitchen pendant. It arrived quickly and intact. All parts in excellent condition. My husband installed the light in a matter of minutes.

OLD WORLD CHARM LIGHT FOR FOYER

Old styling with elegance. I live near the beach, in an old whaling town and these were the types of lights left on at night awaiting the return of the whalers from their hunt. It will hang in my foyer in their remember but I am extremely glad this practice has ended. The crystal is clear and beautiful, old world charm, bright lighting of foyer.

Very nice. I have two hanging in my 9' ceiling hallway. My tip it so CLEAN the glass well before hanging. You will also need clear regular bulbs (no LED). Bronze color matched the picture quite well. Its a coppery brown bronze. Dull no shine. Just what I wanted.

Poor quality

I had a lot higher expectations for $168. There are loads of hall lights for half or less on Amazon and at Lowe's and Home Depot. The glass globe had several scuffs and scratches, it's kinda hard to take a picture of it, but it's easily noticeable. The 'brass' ring the globe hangs from is unbelievable - it's a strip of steel bent into a circle. From the looks of it, the bending was done with a wooden hammer over a mandrel. There's a sharper radius where the holes are drilled, and there is a decent-sized spot where there is no brass plating.

Looks great!

After spending a ridiculous amount of time obsessing over fixtures for my foyer I chose this one. Great choice. It looks beautiful and it looks like I spent way more on it than I did. It does not look cheap at all and will last us many years to come. Great!
