Love it

This bag is bigger than I thought I was. But I love it. I do with it had a zipper closure or some kind of closure but I knew when I ordered it that it didn't. Received early.

Edit: Customer service was quick to assist me in advising how to iron the patch on. I absolutely recommend this bag! I’m sure the Christmas rush causes some issues. I got the bag in time and resolved the issue quickly. Would be 5 stars! It’s a nice bag. And it’s big. Double stitched and reinforced seams, flat bottom. Handles are long enough to put on your shoulder. Unfortunately, the logo isn’t attached. I’ve emailed product support. I’ll update when I hear back from them.

This problem driving me crazy

The only thing I dislike about this bag is that my boyfriend got me one for Christmas and I had to send it back because the Seahawks label in the front of the bag came off so I got a new one to replace that one now the bag I got to replace that one is doing the exact same thing I really don't know what to do about this I really don't want to have to return this one cause I like it but I'm tired of getting this bag and having the label keeps coming off so I might try to just fix it myself if it doesn't work I'm sending back again
