Works great as a transfer pump!

Works great, it's powerful enough for what we are using it for, it's quiet too. We are using it as a transfer pump from one large water tank into a smaller water tank. The pump we replaced was loud and took a lot longer, this pump is quiet and much faster.

great inline pump for hydroponic purposes

The main body of the pump is pretty well isolated from the magnetically driven impeller. The advantage is that the heat produced by the motor doesn't easily transfer over to the housing so it keeps the solution cool vs a submersible which does transfer its heat directly to the solution. It's great for low pressure Aeroponics

Powerful pump

Bought this pump so I could pump a solution through my AC unit to help clean it. Worked like a champ. Only used it once so hopefully the next time I need it I will have the same result. I'll update review if things change.

Pump failed in less than a year

Took a ling time to install and after a few months the pump failed. Not recommended product

Lousy little giant, with no power

Doesn’t have much suction power as I expected.

This pump is very noisy

In the past this type of pump has been the greatest lasting many many years. As of this year I have tried two Little Giant pumps and they are both extremely noisy. I will try one more if Amazon permits, if it is another noisy pump I will have to design a way to insulate the area I will install the pump to hide the noise.
