Expensive but effective

If you have a TT bike or an aero bike frame with an oval seat post, this mount adapter for the Light & Motion Vis 180 is a required accessory. It’s expensive for a tiny price of rubber, but it works. To install, you have to peel off the standard rubberized part on the mounting block, and substitute with this piece. Once on the bike, the light is far more secure. One star lost for the cost.

Useless by itself — not the entire mount

The whole point of buying this was to have another mount so that I would not have to take my existing mount off one bike and put it on another. I was disappointed to find that, unlike the last one I bought, this does not include the entire mount but is only the rubber part that fits against the aero seat post.

Genius idea ????

This is the perfect solution for those of us with aero bike (seat posts). In short, it makes a round object have a side. Now, when I ride with my rear facing taillight, it doesn’t shift/move. The light points rear facing the entire ride (as you would expect).

Doesn’t seem to fit at all with the Vis180 rear light.

No instructions and I still don’t know how this is supposed to work with the Vis 180 rear light on an aero seat post. ????????‍♂️

perfect- now my tail light does not turn round and can face the oncoming rear traffic easily.
