Good for the price. Note that it is NOT a lighted rocker.

Good, Solid Construction

This switch does appear to be better constructed than some of the other "home grade" Decora type switches that I have used. The feel is a bit stiffer but the product seems more rugged, quiet and definite in its operation. It uses 3 easy to access screws to connect the electrical wires (including the ground wire).

Good switch

Not sure why it asked me to rate "adhesion" 1 to 5 stars. This is a more rugged than base model switch in the decora leviton style. It works as expected. Nice quality - has ground contact to mounting screw and supports multiple methods of attaching wires.

more resistance than normal to open/close

switch has significantly deeper body making it difficult to install if it is in a gang box (mine was). It is also much clunkier to operate, with more resistance. It is listed as commercial grade rather than residential so didn't even attempt to return it, just replaced with one from big box store and tossed it.

Quietest Switch I've ever found

I bought this locally but thought it would be helpful for others here. I have been on a quest to find a silent/quiet decora switch for a long time. This is it. This is the quietest switch I've found. Yes it is more expensive ($6.50), but if you want as close to silent as possible, this is the one. For a 3-way you want Leviton 5693-2W (about $11).
